Reservation Policy

Rates: All rates are quoted in Euro , per room per night and include services and taxes.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in written form by fax or e-mail. If a reservation is confirmed by the accommodation and then canceled by the customer, the following policy is followed:
A) For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the 50% of the total reservation cost will be refunded.
Β) For any cancellation that takes place 20 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, none of the total reservation cost will be refunded.
